Short-term time-lapse is often used in commercial applications to show manufacturing operations or the building of a product or the loading/unloading of equipment.
The visuals below are from a long-term construction time-lapse project created using professional Nikon time-lapse cameras. They are solar-powered and include a 500GB SS hard drive for data capture with a 4G data modem for online operation and viewing. Visuals were created every 10 minutes, 12 hours a day, 6 days a week for 12 months that produced more than 65,000 high-resolution visual images. The last image is an aerial from a drone.
