Due to COVID-19, I do the following before visiting your facility:
• Refrain from visiting your site if I have come in contact within the prior 14 days with anyone having traveled from any government-mandated restricted countries.
• Check my temperature before arrival on-site at your location to confirm I do not have a fever.
• Stay home if I am sick or have a fever.
• Wash my hands and sanitize my phone and other equipment before commencing any interactions or work with you
• Carry hand sanitizer to use where handwashing facilities are not available
• Wear a mask during my time at your site - when mandated by your company or the government
