Confidentiality Agreement
This is the confidentiality agreement I use for most corporate projects that require one. You may copy and edit the text for use on your own letterhead, or simply add your company name to the PDF. Download the Word version to edit, or the PDF to print and sign. If your company has its own agreement, I am happy to have my attorney review it and then sign yours instead.
Even without a signed agreement, I always work in my clients' best interests to protect their work product.
When It Helps
• Unreleased products: new products, prototypes, and processes not yet public.
• Secure facilities: restricted sites, government work, and controlled areas.
• Proprietary equipment: custom machinery, production layouts, and trade methods.
• Internal communications: employee and leadership content not meant for the public.
